L ’intérêt de Green Cay réside surtout dans sa proximité avec la plage de la Baie Orientale, internationalement connue sous le nom d’Orient Beach. Le mouillage est inclus dans la Réserve naturelle et n’est pas particulièrement bien protégé. Il devient intenable en cas de houle de nord. Le site de snorkeling, à l’est de Green Cay est superbe.
